Oil changing
D isassembly procedure:
1. Lift the vehicle
2. Place an oil box under the transmission to collect the oil.
3. Loosen the oil drain plug to drain the oil inside the transmission.
4. Loosen the oil pan's connecting bolt and take off the oil pan and gasket.
5. Inspect if the oil pan's flanged edge is twisted or deformed. If yes, align it.
6. Use the detergent to

7. Blow dry the oil pan, oil pan gasket
Assembly procedure:
1. Install the oil pan with n
2. Tighten the oil pan's connecting bolt.
To rque:15Nm
3. Lower the vehicle.
4. Fill in correct transmission hydraulic fluid.
5. Check the fluid level
6. Check if the oil pan leaks.
O il feed filter screen and gasket
D isassembly procedure:
1. Lift the vehicle
2. Remove the oil pan and gasket.
3. Remove the oil feed filter screen's back cover, oil feed filter screen and gasket.
Inspection procedure:
Check whether there are metal
parti cles, and foreign matters from the engine coolant on the oil filter screen and oil pan. If yes,
fi nd out the reason and make necessary repair.
Please refer to "Position P—No power", "Position R-no back gear", "shift noise at the higher
sp eed", "slow gearshift" and "oil pump suction noise" and other chapters for detailed analysis.
A ssembly procedure:
1. Install new gasket, oil feed filter screen and filter screen back cover.
2. Install the filter scre
Torque: 8Nm
3. Install oil pan gasket and oil pan
4. Lower the vehicle
5. Check the fluid level
