EM S Driver Installation
If you are going to use the EMS 4.0, the EMS driver file must
be installed on your operating system disk. Copy the file EMM.SYS
to the root directory of your boot-up disk. The EMS driver file comes
with a document file that gives more information about the driver and
its use.
A line must also be added to the CONFIG.SYS file in the root
directory of your boot-up disk. If this file does not currently exist, you
will need to create it. At the very least, it must have the following line:
DEVICE = EMM.SYS/d
If you do not know how to amend or create a CONFIG.SYS
file, refer to the instructions below.
1) To copy the device driver to your system disk, do the fol­
lowing:
If your system has two floppy disk drives and no hard disk
drive, put the NEATsx disk in drive B, the system disk in drive A and
type:
COPY B-.EMM.SYS A:
