6. EXIT
Selecting this option and pressing <Enter> lets you exit Quick-
Set without recording any new values or changing old ones. If you
want to save a new configuration do not use Exit to get out of Quick-
Set. If you do use Exit, none of the settings you've made will be re­
corded. To make settings permanent, you must select #5 on the main
menu, WRITE TO CMOS AND REBOOT.
Other Configurations
The QuickSet documentation file on the NEATsx disk goes
through an example of one full configuration procedure using Quick-
Set. This example and the instructions built into the program should
provide adequate guidelines for establishing other configurations. This
type of setup procedure is fairly complex and requires that you have at
least a basic understanding of the functions involved. If you want to
make changes in your system and are not confident of your under­
standing of these matters, it is best to seek the help of a knowledge­
able individual. Barring this, it is best to have a dealer or service cen­
ter do the work for you. Always remember to check whether working
on your computer yourself will void the warranty.
