Shadow RAM
If you have 1MB or more of memory installed, it is possible to
use a feature of the NEATsx's chip set called "Shadow RAM." This
allows the relocation of the contents of ROM BIOS to RAM above
640K. This feature increases overall system speed. Bear in mind that
this can only be enabled if there is at least 1MB of memory present. It
must be used if more memory is present. Turning on the Shadow
RAM feature is done by using the Quickset program described in Soft­
ware Setup. This feature cannot be used at the same time as the Ex­
panded Memory Specification noted below if only 1MB is installed.
