Changes at Revision A.04.10.02

1. The following bug is fixed

Symptom: When click on [Head Amp Config] under [Setup][Configuration] on the

VEE program, only installed head amplifier's part number and its serial number are

displayed and you can not set the control parameters, such as gain, bias and

overshoot. This is happen on head amplifiers which has a property function except

E5029J Option 609 (E5022-66609/E5022-66610). This is a bug in the VEE

Program and the functions are no problem.
