IDU Module Re-Installation Procedure

Chapter 4. SPECIFICATIONS
Perform the following steps to re-install the IDU Module:
Step
Task
1 Install the replacement
IDU module. Make sure
to engage the module
guide rails within the
chassis. Then, use the
module front handle to
slide the module into a
position that allows you
to connect the
Reference Cable and
the Ribbon (Data)
Cable.
2 Connect the Ribbon
(Data) Cable: Insert,
and then lock, the
ribbon cable connector
into its socket.
3 Connect the Reference
Cable: Install the cable
connector onto the
socket, and then lock
the cable into operating
position.
