The job was ended because of a previous error on the summary
sheet. This message is added to the actual error message.

This message is added to the actual error message if no data had
been formatted for printing when the job was aborted due to errors.

When character mapping occurred for a particular character, that
character did not exist at the new location. The message ...character
not in font... is also issued.
