Assembling the Brake Latch Shaft

6. Slide and remove the brake latch shaft (9) from the upper receiver weldment
(12).
7. Slide and remove the torsion spring (10) from the brake latch shaft (9).
1. Slide and position the torsion spring (10) onto the brake latch shaft (9).
2. Slide and position the brake latch shaft (9) into the upper receiver weldment
(12).
3. Slide and position the brake lock lever (4) onto the brake latch shaft (9).
Secure the brake lock lever with the roll pin (5).
4. Install the control covers to the handle assembly with bolts and washers.
5. Attach the spark plug wire to the engine spark plug.
