Task Summary

To connect a G700 to an S8700, do the following tasks (Table 7). Some task descriptions appear at the
end of the Task List. Other task descriptions appear in other sections of this document.

To install the G700 Media Gateway, follow the
procedures in "Chapter 2, G700 Media Gateway"
. However, you do not insert an S8300 Media
Server unless the G700 has a local spare
processor.
Follow the procedures in "Configuring the Avaya
P330 Stack Processor" on page 34.
Follow the procedures in "Configuring the Avaya
