3 Avaya S8300 Media Server: Network Setup with an Avaya S8300 Media Server
Select one of the following options:
• This is NOT a survivable remote processor.
• This is a survivable remote processor with a S8700 media server as the primary controller.
• This is a survivable remote processor with a S8300 media server as the primary controller.
For the LSP for S8700 option, the CLAN IP address can be any CLAN on the S8700 port network(s).
Assuming that there are duplicated servers for S8700, you must enter both of the S8700 IP addresses.
For the LSP for S8300 option, simply enter the IP address of the S8300 server.The Ethernet
Adjuncts screen appears.
Then click continue.
