There are snap rings on the underneath of the cover that also hold the pipe couplings in place. The snap rings
are located in a groove on the pipe coupling.
Using a small screwdriver, pry up 1 of the 2 grooves on each snap ring. Remove the snap ring.
Remove the pipe.
