Description
This function specifies the synchronized pattern window mode (auto or manual). If
the auto mode is selected, synchronized pattern window is set to the read gate
aperture time. If the manual mode is selected, synchronized pattern window is set
to the value specified by "hpe5022_BER_syncWindow" function. This
"hpe5022_BER_syncWindowMode" function is only available for use with the
E5039C bit error test module.
