Description This function assigns the channel quality measurement sequence to the specified
test identifier. See the "hpe5022_BER_measureChannelQuality" function for
details of the sequence. This function does not execute measurement.
Measurement is executed by the "hpe5022_measure" function with the test
identifier specified in this function.
The "hpe5022_BER_channelQuality_Q" function returns the measurement result.
