Description
This function assigns the 747 measurement sequence to the specified test
identifier. See the "hpe5022_BER_measure747" function for details of the
sequence. This function does not execute the measurement. Measurement is
executed by the "hpe5022_measure" function with the test identifier specified in
this function.
The "hpe5022_BER_747Data_Q" function returns the measurement result.

"hpe5022_init" function.

adjacent track in array format. The array size is specified by
'points'. The data in array must be listed from outer track to
inner track.

Returns the test identifier. This identifier is used to execute
the 747 test by the "hpe5022_measure" function.
