STEER AXLE COMPONENTS
6 Slowly drive the machine in a safe direction and
activate steer right.
Result: The right oscillate cylinder will extend
and the left oscillate cylinder will retract.
7 Slowly drive the machine in a safe direction and
activate steer left.
Result: The left oscillate cylinder will extend and
the right oscillate cylinder will retract.
8 Turn the machine off.
9 Disconnect the connector with the blue wire from
the oscillate right coil (item B). Connect it to the
steer right coil (item C). Refer to illustration 2.
10 Disconnect the connector with the blue/black
wire from the oscillate left coil (item A). Connect
it to the steer left coil (item D). Refer to
illustration 2.
11 Connect the connector with the red wire to the
oscillate left coil (item A) and the connector with
the white wire to the oscillate right coil (item B)
that were removed in step 2. Refer to illustration
2. Continue to Check the Steering.

Check the Steering
1 Turn the key switch to platform controls and pull
out the red Emergency stop buttons to the on
position at both the ground and platform
controls. Start the engine.
2 Activate steer right and verify the machine
steers to the right.
3 Activate steer left and verify the machine steers
to the left.
4 Test the axle oscillate axle. Refer Maintenance
Procedures A-5, Test the Oscillate Axle .
