PREPARATION:
Disconnect the igniter connector.

CHECK:
Measure voltage between terminal 9 of igniter connector and
body ground when ignition switch is turned to "ON" and
"START" position.
OK:
Voltage: 9 ∼ 14 V

Repair or replace harness or connector.
