Note
• Use pads in the vise to prevent damaging the clutch
master cylinder bracket.
1. Place the clutch pedal assembly in the vise.
2. Pry the spring off the clutch pedal as shown in the figure.

Place the clutch pedal assembly in the vise.
2. Pry the spring on the clutch pedal as shown in the figure.
3. Adjust the clutch pedal height and free play after installa-
tion. (Refer to page H-5.)
