Action Combinations

The CLI prevents you from configuring invalid action combinations that are never allowed; however, it
does allow you to create combinations that are supported in some scenario. For example, an action speci-
fying maximum bandwidth may be combined with an action specifying priority.
The following actions are supported and may be combined with other actions:
