Problem
A message appears stating that
the terminal memory is full.
Beamed data does not transmit. Terminals too close together.
When receiving beamed data
an out of memory message
appears.

Cause
Too many files stored on the
terminal.
Too many applications installed
on the terminal.
Insufficient room lighting.
Not enough free memory
available for receiving data.
Solution
Delete unused memos and
records. You can save these
records on the computer.
If you have installed additional
applications on the terminal,
remove them to recover
memory. Tap Start - Settings -
System tab. Tap Remove
Programs, select the unused
program and tap Remove.
Confirm that the terminals are 5"
apart, and there is a clear path
between the two devices.
Adjust the room lighting or move
to a different location.
The terminal requires at least
twice the amount of memory
available as the data you are
receiving. For example, if you
are receiving a 30K application,
you must have at least 60K free.
