When you receive a message, tap it in the list to open it. Unread messages display in bold.
When the user connects to the e-mail server or synchronizes with the desktop computer,
Inbox downloads by default only messages from the last 5 days, the first 100 lines of each
new message, and file attachments of less than 100 KB in size. The original messages
remain on the e-mail server or the desktop computer.
You can mark the messages to be retrieved completely the next time you synchronize or
connect to your e-mail server. In the message list, tap and hold the message to be retrieved.
On the pop-up menu, tap Mark for Download. The icons in the Inbox message list indicates
message status.
Specify your downloading preferences when you set up the service or select the
synchronization options. You can change them at any time:
• Change options for Inbox synchronization using ActiveSync options. For more
