Charging Spare Batteries

A spare battery can be charged separately in the CRD 8100-1200S Single Slot Serial/
Charging Cradle (1950 mAh battery only), CRD 8100-1200M Single Slot Modem Cradle
(1950 mAh battery only), VCD 8100-R001 Vehicle Charging Cradle (1950 mAh battery
only), and UBC Battery Adapter (1950 mAh and 3000 mAh batteries).

Using Single Slot Charging Cradles

1. Connect the cradle to a power source (see
2. Insert the battery into the spare battery charging slot in the back of the cradle.
Position it with the charging contacts facing down and toward the back of the
cradle. Gently press down on the battery to ensure proper contact.
