Inserting a Compact Flash Card

The terminal contains a slot for a standard compact flash card, which includes a locking
mechanism that prevents the card from coming loose if the terminal is dropped. Insert the
compact flash card carefully to ensure it engages this locking mechanism.
1. Open the battery door. (If a battery is installed, use the stylus to unlock the battery
lock switch and remove the battery.)
2. Remove the flash card cover at the top of the battery compartment by pulling the
top out, and lifting the cover up.
3. Remove the dummy flash card shipped with the terminal.
