Problem

Cause
Cradle is not receiving
power.
Terminal is not seated
firmly in the cradle.
The battery is not properly
installed in the terminal.
The battery is charged.
Maintenance and Troubleshooting
Solution
Ensure the power supply is securely
connected and receiving power.
Ensure the battery is properly installed in
the terminal, and re-seat the terminal in
the cradle.
