21.5.9 Blind transfer from OXE to ICM user results without audio

Managed DPNSS prefix on OXE in order to send refer to ICM in such scenario.

21.5.10 Opentouch caller Id is incomplete or wrong

Symptom : The OTBE is connected to IMS through an external SIP gateway managed in the OXE of OTBE.
When a OXE user from OTBE call outside the called ID shown on the remote set is correct (we pass through
DDI translation). The caller ID issue when a VHE call outside the number shown on the remote screen is
+33311001. 311001 is the VHE contact number and in this case it seems that we don't pass through DDI
transcoding in the OXE. The incoming call are working correctly.
Solution : Check the NPD management and the installation number

21.5.11 No call from Oxe user to OT user

Symptom : No call from OXE users to several OT users.
Diagnosis : All OT users are not registered in sipmotor. OXE command sipregister.
Solution : kill -9 on sipmotor PID, verify that the OT user are created as sip device in Oxe

21.5.12 No incoming call fromDSL box

Symptom : No incoming call fromDSL box
Solution : mgr/system : Fax - Voice Quality + True
