packages were installed, starting with "server" and ending with "muxer". If "muxer" is not the last one, there
you should assume there is a problem and call us!

13.7.3 Solution

How to install again the same version of ACS to solve the incomplete installation issue :
Attention : the process will stop and restart all ACS process
1. On the OpenTouch side : the last version installed on the Opentouch is stored here :
cd /var/backup/acs_tar/
-rwxrwxrwx 1 root root 848124458 Apr 8 15:16 eiab5.tar.gz.rel_9_2_0b6509
In old version of OpenTouch the
2. In the ACS browser : use Upgrade Server Software
3. Be Careful : use always the same version displayed on the ACS browser and the number of the
eiab5.tar.gz
4. Here the version is :
so I must use the /var/backup/acs_tar/eiab5.tar.gz.rel_9_2_0b6509
5. Click on Upgrade Server Software
6. If you have the display without the eiab5.tar.gz as follow
