17.4.2 UDAS search on 8082 phone does not search the OXE users

UDAS search on 8082 phone does not search the OXE users. It searches only the OT users. Merging was
enabled with Internal_ldap and Phone book directory.
It was working when the system was in 1.1.000.080 release and issue appeared after upgrading to
1.2.000.053
Diagnosis:
Did the force synchronization of internal LDAP, phone book directory and also applied force merging.
1) Internal LDAP Force Synchronization :
(OT configurationSystem ServicesApplicationsTelephonyDirectory-->InternalDir)
2) PhoneBook directory force Synchronization:
(OT configurationSystem ServicesApplicationsTelephonyDirectory-->phonebookDir)
