Solution : Check the ICE configuration file in /usr/eiab/eiab.conf
SECONDIPADDR must be the
same as PRIMARYINTERNALIP
SECONDIPNETMASK must be the same as
PRIMARYINTERNALNETMASK
Restart those processes via your admin – Configuration->Advanced Settings-
>Restart Servers
