Licensing

20.5.1 lmutil – FlexLM utilities
User: iceuser (lmstat), root (lmdiag)
Command: $FLEXLM_HOME/lmutil lmstat and $FLEXLM_HOME/lmutil lmdiag –n

20.6

System information collection

20.6.1 sosreport - Red Hat system status archive generation

User: root
Command: sosreport
Comments: provide your firstname initial and lastname (e.g. sdoo for Scooby Doo), a case number and the
result file located in /tmp will be named after them.
This file should be associated to the anomaly reports where a system failure or overload is suspected.
20.6.2 version.txt – OT version information
User : htuser
Command : more $ECC_HOME/version.txt
Checks: Check the release and installed hotfixes information
