12.7.26 OXE Profile not available on UUM OTMS
Symptom : OXE Profile not available on UUM OTMS
Solution : assign a Range to OXE call server and Remove the space in the directory name and sync again
12.7.27 8770 error:Connection Failed:reconnect when adding OT profile to Oxe user or
creating OT user
Symptom : when adding OT profile to Oxe user get 8770 error:Connection Failed:reconnect
Diagnosis : in NMCICEConfiguration.log

Get the logs for SR :

Solution : delete the directories (location of the data model for OT) :
8770 : c:\users\My_actual_user_account\Ice
8770 : c:\8770\data\config\ICE
8770 : restart a synchro to populate the data model
Resart the JBOSS server
WAit for a while
12.7.28 UUM error "Failed to retrieve user: Connection Reset"
Symptom : create a new User with with UUM module appear a message of Error: "Failed to retrieve user:
Connection Reset."
Diagnosis : Administrator try to create OT user which already exist on OXE (same last name and for name)
As automatic creation of OXE was not configured OXE user are not in UUM. As OXE user was not in UUM we
didn't get the error message that user with same name already exist.
Result : OT user not correctly created and in OT ldap (user information not available on UUM error message is
display) we can see the user configuration with mixed information (OT settings + OXE settings).
Solution : Configure OXE automatic creation to avoid this kind of issue.
If User must be switch to OT user delete it first on OXE side.
For user with error delete them on OXE and from 8770 using dirmanag tools not possible via UUM
12.7.29 Synchro 8770/ICE returns ''string null'' and ''NULL'' instead of version
Symptom : OTBE R1.1 : synchro 8770/ICE returns ''string null'' and ''NULL'' instead of version
The synchronization :
Diagnosis : In this case the version.txt file is missing at the end of the second installation.
Solution : Copy a version.txt file in /opt/Alcatel-lucent
12.7.30 Creation of an user (OT or Oxe) no profile and site displayed
Symptom : when creating a user (OT or Oxe) no profile and site displayed
Diagnosis : the site name contains a "ü" like München
Solution : Recreate the site without special character and reassign it in OT
