13.6.3 How to custom MTW option

There is no way to mask the option of MTW client in OT

13.6.4 No way to login with webclient

Symptom : No way to connect through the webclient to myteamwork
Diagnosis : no validity of the certificate
Solution : check the time of the server and the Pc

13.6.5 No access to ACS admin after upgrade

Symptom : after an OpenTouch upgrade the ACS admin in no more accessible
Solution : apply the create_ice_admin script under root

13.6.6 How to recreate the admin login for ACS

In /usr/database, there is a script to create admin users on ACS for OT.
/usr/database/create_new_admin.pl
Create the admin with platform type of "ice".
The "acs" option is not authorised.

13.6.7 No way to call from MTW or wrong number to the external user

Symptom : MyIC Desktop / MTW buddy list / select a contact / call
Diagnosis : in SIP server logs locate the Invite from ACS, the from is a mail address
Solution : Check ACS proxy Outbound proxy and realm are FQDN, server address is an IP address

13.6.8 No way to call from MTW

Symptom : from MyTeamwork window no call available. MyTeamwork tries to call the caller : nothing happen.
Diagnosis :
Extensible Traces : if the problem is because the domain (tenant) is unknown by Extensible Services
