In RSA keys list : ICE_IP@,443,http,/usr/muxer/rsa.myice_FQDN.key.pem
Then apply
To decode the https protocol between MyIC and ICE (ICS) the traces must cover the https handshake.
Start the trace and filter with
ip.addr==MyIC_IP@ && (http || sip)
That permit to track the MyIC interchanges with ICE
Start MyICSIP

14.6.1 when launching MyIC Desktop the exe start and stop, no way to desinstall an old
version
Symptom : when launching MyIC Desktop the exe start and stop
Diagnosis : 2 MyIC Desktop version are installed on te same PC.
Solution : Uninstall the versions, no way to uninstall an old version
Check in registery HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Alcatel\MPC\Deployment\ProductVersion =>
change for the version to desinstall

14.6.2 MyIC is not working after logging an other MyIc user on the same PC.

Close the MyIC application.
