During a conversation:

3.22.2 Blind transfer

You can also immediately transfer your call, without having to wait for your contact to answer.

Press the soft key with the following label:
Press the account key that is defined as hold.
Press the Transfer key.
Press the soft key with the following label:
Call a new contact by using the dialer and dialing by name from the call log or
directory.
Your contact answers the call.
Press the Transfer key.
Press the soft key with the following label:
connected.
Press the Transfer key.
