When manually performing the hole-punching operation from the post inserter control panel, only two
holes can be punched.

Load the paper into the lower tray of the post inserter.
– If the "Corner" or "2 Position" Staple settings are to
be used, load the paper face up
– If a Punch setting is to be used, load the paper face
up.
– If the paper is to be stapled and folded at the center,
load the paper so that the side that is to be the front
when bound is face up.
– If the paper is to be folded in three, load the paper so
that the side that is to be the outside when folded in
three is face up.
– The loaded paper will be finished into one set.
