Disassembling the Workstation 5
With the LCD/Touchscreen assembly positioned to the right side of the

base, remove the system board interface cables.
The standard resistive touchscreen configuration is shown on the left
o
side of Figure 4-3, below. Remove the LCD Data Cable from J8, the
Backlight Inverter cable from J3, and the Resistive Touchscreen ribbon
cable from J6.

The optional capacitive touchscreen configuration is shown on the right

side of the illustration. Remove the LCD Data Cable from J8, the
Backlight Inverter Cable from J3, and the Capacitive Interface Board
Cable from J5.
