LEDs located on the 4400 Series operator panel indicate printer operation status. The table shown below lists each
LED and describes its meaning depending on what is the state of the LED.

Explanation
Printer is on.
Printer is off.
Printer is in power saving mode
Print buffer contains data.
Print job has ended or print buffer has been cleared by user canceling.
Data is being sent to the printer.
Printer is online and ready to print.
Printer is offline or in menu mode.
Printer is warming up.
Service call required.
Normal state, no action required.
Printer has a problem, see error display on LCD.
Printing on Overhead Transparencies is selected.
Printing on Overhead Transparencies is NOT selected.
Printing on Label is selected.
Printing on Label is NOT selected.
