CLUTCH ADJUSTMENT

1. Check:

Clutch lever free play :a
Out of specification --f Adjust.
2 - 3 mm (0.08 - 0.12 in)
2. Adjust:
??
Clutch lever free play
Adjustment steps:
Loosen the locknut @ ,
??
??
Turn the adjuster @ in or out until the
specified free play is obtained.
Turn in Free play is increased.
Turn out Free play is decreased.
Tighten the locknut.

NOTE:
Normally, once the clutch cable length adjuster
(crankcase) is properly set; the only adjustment
required is maintenance of free play at the
clutch cable length adjuster (handlebar lever).
