Out of specification + Replace.

NOTE:

Always replace the valve guide if the valve is
replaced.

Always replace the oil seal if the valve is
removed.

Wear/Oil leakage into cylinder --f Replace.

Remove:
Valve guide

Use the Valve Guide Remover 0.
Valve Guide Remover (4.5 mm):
302-019
3. Install:
Valve guide (New)
??
Use the Valve Guide Installer @ with the
valve Guide Remover @ .
Valve Guide Installer:
Valve Guide Remover (4.5 mm):
302-020
4. Bore valve guide @ to obtain proper valve
stem clearance.
Use the Valve Guide Reamer (4.5 mm) @ .
Valve Guide Reamer (4.5 mm):
NOTE:
Reface the valve seat after installing the valve
guide.

0.02 mm (0.0008 in)
