INSPECTION AND REPAIR
2. Lubricate:
Pump shaft

SAE lOW30 Motor Oil
3. Install:
Reverse removal procedure.
A l i g h n t h e p i n s i n t h e p u m p s h a f t a n d t h e
groove on the inner rotors dualing assembly.
4. Check:
With a finger.
Unsmooth operation + Repeat step 2. or
replace.
PRIMARY
1. Inspect:
Primary drive gear (Crank shaft) @
??
Primary driven gear @
??
Wear/Damage --f Replace both gears.
Excessive noises during operation -+
Replace both gears.
DRIVE
