Error Code Description
28030005 RTC battery error
28A00337 Environmental condition, I/O planar over
temperature.
28A00340 Fan failure.
28A00341 10 EIA-Unit I/O Drawer Right power
supply EPOW.
28A00342 10 EIA-Unit I/O Drawer Left power
supply EPOW.
28A00343 System rack EPOW.
This error can be caused by power
outages. If the problem persists,
perform the Action/Possible Failing FRU
to correct the error.
Action/ Possible Failing FRU
1. Replace the system rack operator
panel battery.
Location: U1.1-P1-L1.
Note: Password, time, and date
need to be set.
2. Refer to Action under error code
28030001.
1. Check for cool air flow obstructions
to the I/O drawer.
2. Replace I/O drawer planar.
See note 5 on page 157 for location
code information related to this error.

4. Indicator card
5. Planar-to-indicator card cable
6. Replace I/O drawer planar.
