10.1 Setting up GV-Compact DVR V2

To set up a GV-Compact DVR V2 on the GV-System, follow these steps:
1. On the main screen, click the Configure button, select System Configure, select
Camera Install and click IP Camera Install. This dialog box appears.
•
To automatically set up a GV-Compact DVR V2, click Scan Camera to detect any
GV-Compact DVR V3 devices on the same LAN.
•
To manually set up a GV-Compact DVR V2, click Add Camera.
The following steps are the example of manual setup.
2. Click Add Camera. This dialog box appears.
