MAINTENANCE
Disassemble, clean, inspect the swingarm and
shock linkage pivot bearings and related seals about
7.5 hours of operation (page 15-32).
Lubricate and reassemble.
NUTS,BOLTS,FASTENERS
Check that all chassis nuts and bolts are tightened to
their correct torque values (page ' -14).
Check that atl safety clips, hose clamps and cable
stays are in place and properl y secu red.
WHEELS/TIRES

Raise the front wheel off the ground by placing a
workstand or equivalent under the engine.
Hold the fork leg and move the front w heel side-
ways
wi th
force to see jf the wheel bearings are
worn.
Raise the rear wheel off the ground by placing a
workstand or equivalent under the engine.
Hold the swingarm and move the rear wheel side-
ways with force to see if the wheel bearings are
worn.
