Drain
the
engine oi

Remove
the
wire
band
.
Disconnect
the
alternator 4P
(Black) and
ignition
pulse
generator
2P (Black) connectors.
loosen
the
engine
oil
drain
bolt and
left crankcase
cove
r bolts
in a
crisscross
pattern
in
two
or
three
steps.
Remove
the
engine
oil drain bott,
sealing
washer,
left
crankcase cover bolts and left crankcase
cover.
Remove the
gasket
and
dowel
pins.
For
left
crankcase
cover
oil
seal
inspection
(page
5-
7).
