Description
Parameters
The command configures the rate of IGMP control packet that is allowed per port or per
VLAN.
config igmp_snooping rate_limit [ports <portlist> | vlanid <vlanid_list>] [<value 1-
1000> | no_limit]
The command configures the rate of IGMP control packet that is allowed per port or per
VLAN.
ports - Specify a range of ports to be configured.
<portlist> - Enter the range of ports to be configured here.
vlanid - Specify a range of VLANs to be configured.
<vlanid_list> - Enter the VLAN ID list here.
<value 1-1000> - Configure the rate of the IGMP control packet that the Switch can process
on a specific port/VLAN. The rate is specified in packets per second. The packets that
exceed the limit will be dropped.
no_limit - Configure the rate of the IGMP control packet to be unlimited that the Switch can
process on a specific port/VLAN. The rate is specified in packets per second. The packets
that exceed the limit will be dropped. The default setting is no_limit.
Only Administrator and Operator and Power-User-level users can issue this command.
config igmp_snooping rate_limit ports 1 100
This command is used to configure the IGPM snooping querier.
config igmp_snooping querier [vlan_name <vlan_name 32> | vlanid <vlanid_list> | all]
{query_interval
| max_response_time
| robustness_variable
<value 1-7> | last_member_query_interval
| state [enable | disable] |
version <value 1-3>}
Used to configure the time in seconds between general query transmissions, the maximum
time in seconds to wait for reports from members, and the permitted packet loss that
guarantees IGMP snooping.
vlan_name - Specify the name of the VLAN for which IGMP snooping querier is to be
configured.
<vlan_name 32> - Enter the VLAN name here. The VLAN name can be up to 32 characters
