General Parameters

The General Parameters option is used to configure the gateway's IP-to-Tel and Tel-to-IP
routing parameters.
To configure the general routing parameters, take these 4 steps:
Open the 'General Parameters' screen (Protocol Management menu > Routing

Tables submenu > General Parameters option).

Configure the general parameters according to the table below.

Click the Submit button to save your changes.

To save the changes to flash memory, refer to 'Saving Configuration' on page 238.

[0] No = Don't add hunt group ID as prefix (default).
[1] Yes = Add hunt group ID as prefix to called number.
If enabled, then the gateway's hunt group ID is added as a prefix to the
destination phone number for Tel-to-IP calls.
Notes:
This option can be used to define various routing rules.
To use this feature, you must configure the hunt group IDs.
