Print options
This section describes print settings you can configure on an application's
Print
dialog box, which appears when you click
8.3.1
Mac OS 8/9 Print Options
Each print option allows you to make configure the settings detailed in the
table below. For a detailed description of each function, see the
corresponding reference page.
When you want to do this:
Specify options currently installed on the
machine.
Specify the pages and the number of
copies for printing
Configure settings for background printing
Configure color data output settings
Print out a page of descriptive data about
each print job
Configure the printing layout
Configure the font settings
Specify how error information is handled
Configure settings for saving data in files
Configure basic settings for paper source,
exit port duplex printing, OHP
interleaving, cover mode, and finishing
(staple, punch, and folding) when you
need to output multiple complete sets of a
document

different functions, depending on the particular LaserWriter version
you are using.
