Preventing access to the paper trays
Press the 'Machine' key.
1.
Select the 'Error information' tab.
2.
Press the 'Access to trays' key to select 'Key operator'.
3.
Permitting the user to access the paper trays
Press the 'Machine' key.
1.
Select the 'Error information' tab.
2.
Press the 'Access to trays' key to select 'User'.
3.
Check
Exit the key operator system.
1.
To check the selection, remove the stock of paper from one of the trays.
2.
Then, start a copy job that uses the empty paper tray.
