Warning: Switch off the power and disconnect the Power Cord.
1. Remove the Envelope Feeder from the printer.
2. Remove the Bottom Cover
3. Remove the Top Chute
4. Carefully pry up on the two hinge pins and remove the Retard Roller Assembly.
