On this screen, you can check the status of the paper trays and output trays set up for
the printer, as well as the status of toner and other consumables. Also, the error
contents can be checked if an error occurs.
Left frame:
Machine

When Printer Status is clicked, the
status of the paper trays, output
trays and cover, the information of
the remaining amount of toner and
consumables as well as the output
count are displayed.

When Fault Status is clicked, the
control panel status and fault
status of the printer are displayed.
Here, you can check whether an
error has occured in the printer.
