when the configuration manager
posts and UA/AEN of ASC/ASCQ =
0x3F/0x85 indicating the controller set
the drive state to "Failed – No
Response".
0x224E Replaced Disk Failed: Logged when
the configuration manager posts and
UA/AEN of ASC/ASCQ = 0x3F/0x82
indicating the controller set the drive
state to "Failed" be it was unable to
make the drive usable after
replacement.
0x224F Global Hot Spare Not Large
Enough: Logged when a defined
Global Hot Spare device is not large
enough to cover all of the drives in the
subsystem.
0x2250 LUN Failure: Logged when the
configuration manager posts and
UA/AEN of ASC/ASCQ = 0x3F/0xE0
indicating Logical Unit Failure.
0x2251 Disk Failed Rebuild at Start of Day
(SOD): Logged when the
configuration manager posts and
UA/AEN of ASC/ASCQ = 0x3F/0x8E
indicating that the drive failed due to a
reconstruction failure at SOD.
0x2252 Device Failed During Interrupted
Write: Logged when the specified
device is failed during interrupted
write processing. SK/ASC/ASCQ =
0x06/0x3F/0x98 will be offloaded for
each failing device.
