Select 488E-6 (or MAX) for measuring resistances of less than 8000 Ω. Select

30E-6 (or MIN) for resistances of 8000 Ω and above. <amplitude> may be
specified in µA (ua).

For resistance temperature measurements ([SENSe:]FUNCtion:TEMPerature)
the Current Source SCP must be set as follows:
MAX (488 μA)
MIN (30 μA)

When *CAL? is executed, the current sources are calibrated on the range
selected at that time.
